About the Role

We are looking for a CTO / Technical Lead to join our MIT-funded startup changing the fitness game for women over 50. As CTO / Technical Lead, you will oversee all aspects of technical leadership, product development, and technical team formation (as we scale). You should be willing to dedicate significant time to Intune this spring and be interested in pursuing this opportunity post -graduation pending fit and financing. Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): - Determine how technology can be used to execute product vision and build technical roadmap and milestones - Build tech stack and design application architecture, and lead quality control/testing efforts - Develop front and back end of MVP for launch to beta users by late Spring 2022 - Participate in fundraising efforts as the technical leader of Intune - Responsible and accountable for technical outcomes

Qualifications: - Be an outstanding hacker and self-starter with a problem-solving aptitude who delivers - Pursuing or completed an undergrad or master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience - Demonstrated experience as a full-stack developer, with strong programming skills and relevant product development and agile software development workflow experience - Prior start-up experience (not required, but nice to have) - Passionate about fitness, health and wellness (not required, but nice to have!)
