About the Role

The Role - Be part of a collaborative, agile sprint team working on an enterprise and end-user solution - Receive mentorship by a seasoned UX designer - Create user-centered solutions to real business problems - Engage in all aspects of the product design life cycle; design brainstorming, wireframes, low & high fidelity prototypes, user testing, and support documentation - Ensures consistency and best-practice design within and across digital properties for all products by complying to style guidelines and reusing common design elements - Ensures effective completion of all project deliverables on or before the deadline. - Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences. Desired Skills and Experience - This role is for last year students who are currently pursuing their undergraduate/graduate degree, certificate, or Bootcamp in the field of User Experience Design, Human Interaction Design, or related field. - A design portfolio demonstrating craft and solving problems via design (can be class projects) - A passion for the field of digital product design. - Studying and looking to apply UX methodology and lifecycle across key channels and platforms. - Critical thinker, self-motivated, and possess good communication skills - Basic understanding of prototyping tools (Figma, XD, or Sketch), Figma preferable.

This is a seed-stage startup that is an offshoot of a doctoral thesis at Harvard.
