About the Role

We are mainly looking for a sales & marketing co founder with go to market strategy skills, who would like to join a team working on a multisided fintech platform / market place for the insurance industry and to help launch out our solution in the summer. Some examples of skills we’re looking for: - Direct to Consumer strategy, Digital Marketing & eCommerce - Customer acquisition and retention - Ability to create and implement Sales plan, analyze sales data - Develop budget and sales strategies - Go to market strategy experience - Social Media management - Branded Storytelling, Strategic communication, Content Strategy - Building and leading cross-functional teams/departments from the ground up - Multi-brand consumer campaigns - Customer acquisition and retention - Developing and executing Media & PR Strategy - Speaking Kreyol or spanish (a plus) - Marketing Analytics - UI/UX skills for customer experience (a plus)
