Skoshy is building Stripe for web3.0. We are a B2B2C payment platform to enable web3.0 digital asset sellers and marketplaces to accept payments from credit / debit card / e-wallets. Skoshy offers a simpler user experience, enabling checkout in less than 1 minute. Our mission is to make any payment between Web2.0 and Web3.0 frictionless for the end users in that the users won't need to think about having a e-wallet, buying/ exchanging fiat currency to crypto.

About the Role

Technical cofounder who would develop the MVP based on client requirements. You will be the key member to brainstorm on solution architecture and develop the technical solution. You will recruit, build, and lead the engineering team work on complex technical challenges to ensure we drive the right outcomes and priorities for our clients and end users. In this role, you have the technical expertise to collaborate and direct software engineering initiatives. You’ll drive the delivery of the product development and will coordinate across departments on a day-to-day basis.

We have obtained $6K funding from MIT Sandbox so far. A potential client is waiting for this product and has agreed to conduct a pilot. You will: • Get to know and build deep trust with the cofounder and the current team • Work closely with the cofounder to develop a clear vision on the company, the MVP and the technical solution design. • Work with cofounder to define product roadmap and OKRs to accelerate delivery. • Attend client meetings to understand their needs and translate that into user requirements. • Drive product and technology reviews internally and also with potential clients. • Be encouraging, supportive, kind, fun, sensitive, honest, and above all, a great teacher. • Be a key partner to the executive team by informing our strategic and product roadmaps, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing methods to streamline execution across the company. • Building out a functionally complete engineering organization, including hiring goals • Defines changes to system architecture to improve system performance and scale.
