About the Company/Team

Symbiotic STEM is a virtual mentoring nonprofit that helps underrepresented high school students find mentors with similar personal backgrounds/identities. We help teachers run mentoring events with their high school students through our program and we are actively trying to come up with other ways to help individual mentees find and talk with mentors (hence the need for surveys and research!)

About the Role

Role: Marketing research (ie researching, making, distributing, and analyzing surveys to make our program better for our mentors and mentees)
