Vibecheck is developing a location based social media platform that provides real time information for given locations, business analytics, advertising and promotions for location owners.

About the Role

As Co-Founder, you will be expected to be a generalist and interface/support our developing software engineering, marketing, and fundraising teams for our pre-seed start up. You will be expected to work with the Co-Founders and fundraising team to secure company financing by targeting the right VCs, prepare for due diligience and manage runway between investment rounds.

Co-Founder: Unpaid position (at this time) Base equity negotiable Bonus equity contingent on successful completion of critical near-term company fundraising benchmarks Required: Busines and/or Software Engineering academic and/or professional background Firm ability and comittment to wear multiple hats and stretch to meet critical milestones Ability to cultivate a firm sense of ownership in the company and product via leading the company's fundraising efforts to a successful outcome Nice to have: Investor Relations experience Awareness of software and/or general venture capital industry trends
