What information does Orbit collect?

Orbit uses information about you and your entrepreneurial activity to provide you with personalized recommendations.

The Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship leverages partnerships with other campus departments, centers, and labs to enhance your experience. When you login to Orbit as an MIT student, you are granting the Oribt system consent to pull various personal student records from different departments at MIT. This includes, but is not limited to, your current and historic subject enrollment data from the Registrar's Office.

Outside of MIT data, Orbit also uses industry-standard technologies that are outlined in MIT's privacy policy.
