About the Role

The Summer Intern – Sales Operations and Training Assistant will play a key role in supporting Kura’s sales teams by building and implementing a robust monitoring structure to track performance, optimize workflows, and enhance productivity. The intern will also assist in creating training modules and conducting training sessions for the sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills, proficiency in productivity tools, and a passion for fintech and business development. Key Responsibilities 1. Monitoring Structure Development Design and implement a monitoring system to track the performance of Kura’s sales teams using productivity tools such as Notion, Airtable, Asana, and Monday.com. Develop and integrate CRM tools to manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, and data tracking. Create dashboards and reporting templates to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as merchant acquisition rates, retention rates, and sales team productivity. Ensure the monitoring system is user-friendly and accessible to all team members. 2. Training Module Creation Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other team members to develop training modules for Kura’s sales teams. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and step-by-step guides. Ensure training content is tailored to the needs of the sales teams and aligned with Kura’s goals and values. 3. Training Session Delivery Conduct training sessions for sales teams on the use of monitoring tools, sales best practices, and Kura’s payment platform. Provide training on the effective use of CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management and sales processes. Provide ongoing support to sales teams to ensure they are effectively using the monitoring system and applying training concepts in their work. Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve training materials and sessions. 4. Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions to improve productivity and performance. Work with the Head of Sales to implement process improvements and ensure they are adopted by the sales teams. Document best practices and create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales teams. 5. Reporting and Analysis Generate regular reports on sales team performance and present findings to the Head of Sales. Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to help the sales teams achieve their targets.

Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management and Sales, Information Technology, Data Analysis & Management, Project Management, or a related field. Familiarity with sales processes and performance monitoring. Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as Notion, AirTable, Asana, and Monday.com. Experience with building and using CRM tools and systems development. Experience in creating training modules or conducting training sessions. Other Qualifications Knowledge of cross-border payments or the fintech industry. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus. Passion for fintech, entrepreneurship, and business development. Personal Attributes Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
