About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in frontend development, design experience, and CX/UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, Angular, and JavaScript and a passion for creating intuitive, mobile-native experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Refine UX and Fix Critical Flows: o Improve and optimize critical user flows such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and transactions. o Identify and resolve pain points in the user journey to enhance overall usability. 2. Build Mobile-Native UX: o Collaborate with the team to design and implement a mobile-native UX for merchants and sponsors, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. 3. Implement Missing Pages: o Develop and integrate missing pages post-SDP (Service Delivery Platform) integration to ensure a complete and cohesive user experience. 4. Develop Transaction History Page: o Create a transaction history page for sponsors with advanced filtering and sorting capabilities. o Ensure the page is intuitive, responsive, and meets user needs. 5. Create Admin Page for Role and Permission Management: o Design and build an admin page for managing roles and permissions, ensuring scalability and ease of use. 6. Experiment with SSO and Improve Login/Signup Flow: o Explore and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline the login/signup process. o Enhance the overall user experience for authentication and account management.

What You Can Expect in the Role: ● You will support the tech team to lead the platform development of Kura’s functioning platform to full features. ● You will directly engage with the founding team, users, and customers to understand their needs, in order to deliver solutions that truly make a difference. ● You will build with the tech team, the platform from the ground up, including: infrastructure, security, backend, frontend, and tech vendor management. ● You will actively contribute to the product and technical strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Technical Expertise: o Strong proficiency in React, Angular, and JavaScript. o Experience in building responsive, mobile-native user interfaces. o Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Design & CX Skills: o Ability to refine user flows and improve usability for critical processes like KYC and transactions. o Strong Experience in designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. • Additional Skills: o Familiarity with SSO implementation and authentication flows. o Knowledge of role and permission management systems. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. o Proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: o Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx). o Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). o Experience in fintech, Payment platform, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
