We are seeking a Director of Fundraising to lead our seed capital raising efforts, develop relationships with investors, and secure funding to accelerate our growth.

About the Role

Capital Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the fundraising strategy for RoBuildX’s seed round. Investor Relations: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic partners. Pitch Development: Refine and deliver a compelling pitch deck, financial projections, and investor materials. Deal Structuring: Guide the team through SAFE, convertible notes, and equity financing negotiations. Due Diligence Support: Manage investor queries, financial modeling, and documentation during the fundraising process. Networking & Events: Represent RoBuildX at industry conferences, startup pitch events, and investor meetings. Post-Funding Advisory: Support capital deployment strategies and investor reporting.
