About the Role

At Aptora, the Technical Cofounder / Founding Engineer will lead the development of our AI-powered hiring platform from the ground up. This role involves building the MVP, making key architectural decisions, and turning company-specific data into dynamic, role-based candidate assessments. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape the product roadmap, create scalable systems, and lay the foundation for our engineering culture as we grow.
