About the Company/Team

We are building an enterprise application to help organizations plan for an execute on people-centric digital transformations. We do this by combining system usage data (think clicks, time stamps, etc.) and rich natural language descriptions of processes, captured in the flow of work, summarized and categorized by AI, to build out a complete picture of the current processes of an organization. This will be used to understand challenges, determine key requirements, and plan for and execute upon digital transformation programs.

About the Role

Technical Co-Founder/Founding Developer to build the solution from start to end. The focus will be on building the data collection tools, integrating in with third party LLM providers and preparing the consolidated data for analysis and usage by the customer. Added benefit to have an understanding of digital transformation programs, enterprise process management, change management, etc.

This is an opportunity to break into an industry that draws trillions of dollars annually (digital transformation) to disrupt traditional approaches to enterprise technology transformation. You will be able to have a direct role in designing and building the solution from the ground up.
