We’re building an AI platform to transform clinical trial using AI agents and conversational tools. As a founding engineer, you’ll own and shape the AI/voice stack — from LLMs and speech pipelines to backend integrations and user-facing experiences.

About the Role

🔧 What You'll Do • Build and optimize conversational agents using LLMs (OpenAI, open-source, RAG, etc.) • Integrate TTS/STT systems (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs) into voice-first flows • Work with tools like Twilio for AI-powered phone calls and messaging • Collaborate closely on product, UX, and compliance in a healthcare context. ✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems • Ability to move Prototype and iterate fast, and build end-to-end pipeline. ⚡ Bonus: Hands-on work with TTS/STT systems and speech pipelines 🎯🧩 Interested?
