About the Role

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to work directly with the founding team on fast-paced, high-impact projects that sit at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and policy. You’ll help design, test, and iterate on tools that solve real regulatory pain points for researchers and compliance offices. We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong interest in AI agents to help us build an AI-powered compliance assistant for research institutions. You’ll work closely with the founding team to design and develop features across the stack, from intuitive frontend interfaces to robust backend infrastructure, and integrate large language models into real-world regulatory workflows. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone excited about building 0→1 products at the intersection of healthcare, research, and AI.

You’ll be joining an early-stage startup backed by advisors from Columbia and Mass General Brigham, working on real-world research and compliance problems that affect thousands of investigators. This is a rare chance to contribute meaningfully to a 0→1 product, shape core features, and work hands-on with AI agents in a highly applied setting. You’ll get exposure to regulatory tech, LLM workflows, and product strategy, and your contributions will directly impact our roadmap and pilots with top research institutions.
