We’re building an AI platform to transform clinical trial using AI agents and conversational tools. As a founding engineer, you’ll own and shape the AI/voice stack — from LLMs and speech pipelines to backend integrations and user-facing experiences.

About the Role

🔧 What You'll Do • Build and optimize conversational agents using LLMs (OpenAI, open-source, RAG, etc.) • Integrate TTS/STT systems into voice-first flows • Design and maintain backend architecture, APIs, and services for scalability and reliability • Develop and manage databases and Implement DevOps practices • Own the full LLM/voice pipeline from prototype to production, ensuring performance, security, and compliance in a healthcare context ✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have: • Experience with LLMs, NLP, ML workflows • Ability to rapidly prototype and build end-to-end pipelines • Strong backend engineering skills (APIs, services, scalability) • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, optimization) • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure automation) • Bonus: Hands-on work with TTS/STT systems and speech pipelines Interested?
