About the Role

Director of Partnerships – builds relationships with companies (for design projects + talent placement), secures sponsorships, manages ecosystem collaborations (MIT, accelerators, DEI programs, etc.). Business Development Lead – prospecting, client pipeline management, sales decks, proposals, follow-ups. Head of Operations – streamlines client workflow, builds internal processes, manages finances + tools.
