Today, enterprises rely on a fragmented mix of security vendors ranging from CrowdStrike for endpoints, Okta for identity, Zscaler for network, Proofpoint for email, and SIEMs like Splunk for logs. These tools produce siloed alerts that don’t talk to each other, leaving analysts drowning in noise and wasting time manually stitching signals together. Cypher solves this by acting as a vendor-agnostic AI platform that unifies data across all security tools, normalizes it, and uses advanced AI to decode the noise into clear attack narratives. Analysts can query Cypher's fine-tuned LLM, instantly see cross-tool correlations and orchestrate responses across vendors through agentic cybersecurity agents in one place.

About the Role

I’m looking for a co-founder who shares the vision and wants to help build Cypher into a category-defining company: Technical Co-Founder: Co-lead product architecture and engineering — from data pipelines and integrations to applied AI/ML while contributing to shaping the long-term technology roadmap. Business Co-Founder: Co-drive customer development, partnerships, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy, helping secure design partners, investors, and early traction. Most importantly, we are looking for a true partners: someone entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and passionate about solving one of cybersecurity’s biggest gaps. You’ll work alongside me in everything from product development to strategy, fundraising, and team building.
