About the Company/Team

We are building DressingRoom, a fashion discovery and shopping platform that helps consumers bridge the gap between style inspiration and purchase. Shoppers create realistic digital twins to virtually try on clothing from multiple brands, eliminating guesswork and reducing returns. Our personalized style engine learns from browsing and try-on behavior to recommend outfits tailored to each individual, including occasion-based suggestions like “weekend in Miami.” Unlike retailer-specific tools, DressingRoom is brand-agnostic, combining accurate fit visualization with AI styling. Over the next six months, we are testing prototypes with early users and engaging boutique retailers to refine our solution.

About the Role

As we move from ideation to research and prototyping, we are seeking technical co-founders with expertise in software engineering and AI to lead the end-to-end development of our fashion platform, including the design of the AI-driven style recommendation engine. We are also looking for co-founders with strong fashion e-commerce experience who can shape the shopping journey, inform product design, and bring deep industry insights to help us build a platform that resonates with consumers.

As a (very) early-stage startup, we hope to find co-founders who not only share our passion for the idea but also thrive in environments where there is ambiguity, creativity, and rapid learning. This role is not about waiting to be managed or assigned tasks; it’s about stepping up with ownership, taking initiative, and helping shape both the product and the company itself. We want teammates who are excited to build from the ground up, contribute ideas fearlessly, and wear multiple hats as needed.
