About the Company/Team

milieu is an app that will change the way you relate to your health. you, along with all humans, are likely bad at observing how your behaviors (e.g. what you eat, who you spend time with) affect the way you feel/the severity of your symptoms. This is because it is inherently impossible to be simultaneously enmeshed in the present (just thinking and feeling) AND above the present (observing how the choices you are making are affecting the way you are thinking and feeling). milieu takes care of this second piece for you. through spoken conversations (the easiest form of communication), you can share with milieu what you've been up to and the state/the state of your symptoms. over time, the app then analyzes all of this conversation-based data to give you novel insights into the relationship between ALL of your behaviors and ALL aspects of how you feel (e.g. there might be a relationship between the way you are exercising and a skin symptom you have, though you would never suspect it).
