About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to be our team’s “Swiss Army knife.” This is a highly dynamic role where you’ll wear many hats, often on the same day. From administrative tasks like managing invoices, clients’ account management, and keeping accounting records updated, to supporting customer success, to helping prepare sales materials and GTM analysis, you’ll play a critical role in running the company and helping us scale. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to learn, firsthand, what it takes to build a high-growth startup. This role is designed with a path to senior leadership as the company expands. What You’ll Do • Operations & Finance: Manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor on-boarding requirements; assist with bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis; support organization of company events. • Sales & Marketing Enablement: Create sales decks and one-pagers, support trade show prep, conduct market research and analysis, and occasionally drive sales outreach efforts. • Customer Success: Assist with new customer on-boarding and project scheduling, coordinate with engineering, and ensure customers have a polished, professional experience.
