WorkforceIQ is an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform that integrates data from multiple sources to help health systems strengthen the nursing workforce and improve organizational outcomes. Currently in stealth, we leverage advanced analytics to uncover insights that link nursing workforce dynamics to clinical quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. These insights enable leaders to make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce stability and ensure long-term sustainability.

About the Role

You’ll work alongside our founding team to help build and scale our data and analytics platform. This role is hands-on. You’ll help integrate healthcare datasets, automate pipelines, and support our analytics dashboards used by nurse leadership. You’ll gain exposure to:     •Full-stack development (Python, React/Next.js, Terraform).     •AWS data infrastructure (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda).     •Data modeling, ETL design, and secure data handling (HIPAA/SOC2).     •Modern analytics workflows and MLOps model implementation/maintenance.     •DevOps and CI/CD patterns in a regulated environment. Responsibilities     •Build, test, and deploy backend data services and API integrations.     •Support ETL/ELT pipelines and help monitor data quality.     •Contribute to our internal tools, dashboards, and documentation.     •Work with the founding team to diagnose and resolve production issues.     •Be a part of early-stage engineering culture to build, ship, and iterate rapidly.     •Uphold best practices for security, privacy, and code quality.
