About the Role

We’re seeking a technical leader who’s excited about building AI applications that meaningfully change how people learn and upskill. You’ll guide our technical strategy, develop core systems, and help us transform expert knowledge into scalable training experiences. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own end-to-end engineering decisions and build a company.

We’re based in Austin, TX and open to a co-founder, full-time engineering hire, or fractional CTO engagement depending on experience, availability, and fit.
