About the Role

We’re looking for someone to work closely with the co-founders to shape our sales and customer success strategy, and to establish the foundation of a scalable sales organization, the growth engine that will carry us forward.  Your journey will start by making our Early Access Program a success, then lead the transition to public launch, build the customer success and sales organization, and drive market expansion: - Drive Early Access Program success with the CEO and team - Shape and execute growth strategy across biotech, CRO, and academic segments, building the foundation for scale - Build and lead the commercial function - Translate customer insights into product opportunities - Strengthen brand credibility and partnerships

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Experience with B2B commercialization, including managing complex B2B cycles and client-facing responsibilities - Track record of delivering highly complex engagements, supporting E2E client engagement process  - Experience in the life sciences industry and understanding of pharmaceutical clinical activities, research, development and commercial activities - Proven ability to lead teams - Intellectual curiosity and ability to spot trends/patterns, and comfortable translating customer needs into actionable insights for product and technical teams - Startup mindset: self-managing, adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats ROLE DETAILS - Type: Full-time or initially part-time with transitioning to full-time in 2026 Q3 - Location: Preferably Boston/NYC area - Reports to: CEO - Compensation: Base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity
