We’re building an AI-first platform to transform clinical trial using AI agents and smart conversational tools. As a founding engineer, you’ll own and shape the AI/voice stack — from LLMs and speech pipelines to backend integrations and user-facing experiences.

About the Role

🔧 Responsibilities • Build and optimize conversational AI agents using LLMs • Work on AI-powered phone calls and messaging tools • Prototype and iterate on the companion app • Collaborate closely on product, UX, and compliance in a healthcare context • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems • Ability to move Prototype and iterate fast, and build end-to-end pipeline. • Bonus: Hands-on work with TTS/STT systems and speech pipelines.
