About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding CTO / Lead Backend Engineer to help us take our product from prototype to launch. You’ll architect and build the backend from scratch, develop our AI-powered ingestion pipeline (OCR, embeddings, clinical data extraction), and ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant. You'll also work closely with the founder on product roadmap, recruit the first engineers, and shape both the tech and the culture of the company. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who wants to operate like a co-founder and make a real impact in healthtech.
