About the Role

This is a part-time finance role where you will design finance tasks and workflows that AI models train on during reinforcement learning. In addition, you will develop the grading rubrics that evaluate model performance. The work requires translating deep finance expertise into structured training tasks with clear success criteria and realistic complexity. Your tasks become part of the training data that leading labs use to teach their models professional-grade finance capabilities. You'll work alongside other domain experts who are doing the same for their fields, contributing to the data that's actively shaping frontier AI development
