About the Company/Team

LitigationOS is litigation execution intelligence that keeps time, claims, and strategy in one place so litigators can focus on judgment, not administration. We are building a trusted case console that automatically maintains court timelines based on jurisdiction rules and court orders, structures complaints into claims and elements, and organizes work for key litigation moments like motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and settlement. We have SME validation and Figma wireframes and are looking for a technical builder and advisors in legal data and AI workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a technical builder to help turn LitigationOS from validated concept and wireframes into an MVP. You would define the architecture, build the core product workflows, and shape the AI approach for extracting and structuring litigation timelines, claims, and elements. You will also evaluate legal data sources and integration paths for federal and state contexts.

This is an early-stage opportunity to help build LitigationOS from the ground up, with SME validation and Figma wireframes already complete. You will have real ownership over the architecture and MVP build, plus influence on how we use AI to structure timelines, claims, and litigation work products. It is ideal for students interested in legal tech, applied AI, and building workflow software where trust, accuracy, and domain constraints matter.
