The company wants to find new live for this by-product by comercializing it into whey protein 80-90% concentrate. In order to diferentiate to the big whey protein companies, the brand is wellnes related, with mediterranean flavours and with the least ingredients possible.
Problem
The startup aims to transform the environmental challenge posed by whey waste from small and medium-sized cheese factories in Catalonia into a profitable venture by commercializing whey protein concentrate with a focus on wellness, Mediterranean flavors, and minimal ingredients.
