Administered by the MIT Innovation Initiative, and led by Venture Builders, the MIT Proto Ventures Program will oversee the emergence of new ventures along a full lifecycle: from discovery of ideas and resources within the MIT community; exploration of the problem-solution space; a methodical de-risking process; and helping build a “proto venture” that demonstrates the viability of the venture and the robustness of the technology.
