About the Company/Team

Opta AI is a proposed venture focused on democratizing the access to educational and career development opportunities for underprivileged youth. Its mission is to drastically reduce the gap between educational programs, foundations and scholarships and youth in need of preparing for the market (particularly those in developing nations, such as Brazil), by creating a one-stop-shop hub where students and early career professionals can frictionlessly find opportunities that match their needs. We're currently working on developing the business plan, MVP and POC of the product so we can roll it out with a solid foundation.

About the Role

I'm recruiting for several roles. CFO for financial planning and fundraising, business development for GTM strategy and sales, a full stack developer, and an AI specialist for coding and prompting.

The educational field is constantly changing and many institutions, mostly in underserved economies, are lagging in comparison to what the market demands. There are many players who offer skill development courses, scholarships, and plenty of other opportunities, but those who need it most don't even know those are available. The gap is clear, CAC is very high for those players, and we want to solve this basic issue.
