The user interface with show the vital signs, part of the cycle, mental health biomarkers, and give fitness and nutrition advice based on the vitals collected.
1. Women ages 24-28 are starting to work full time and have to balance a busy schedule. Fitness, nutrition, sleep, and other wellness practices can become deprioritzed, especially when there is information overload about the best way to live.
2. Tiktok and other platforms provide unsolicitated health advice that can be overwhelming, confusing, and in some cases harmful.
3. Women's health is complicated and also needs to be personalized based on the women and the time of their cycle. There is not currently an easy, accessible way to get a personalized plan that allows women to feel optimal and energized.
4. Many current wearable devices are unaesthetic, causing women to not want to wear them in daily life.
5. Many women are unaware of how their menstrual cycles affect their physical and mental health, and don't know the best practices to support their bodies during each part of their cycle.
Wearable device that is afforable for women who work full time that tracks key vital signs and provides a personalized plan, including advised foods, workouts, sleep schedule, and wellness practices. The output is meant to be easy to read and easy to implement for the working women, it is not designed to become a full time job in it of itself. The device will support women who want to improve their daily life and become more informed on what is happening inside their bodies.
