Introduction
AVA (stands for Activity Value Analysis) is an always on desktop agent that observes how work actually happens across tools and meetings; it turns everyday activity into a live map of processes by project and function, assigns fully loaded cost to each activity, and flags the highest ROI savings opportunities. Instead of periodic consulting style diagnostics, it gives leaders continuous, evidence based insight into where time and money go and what to fix first.
Problem
Companies spend a large share of their time on low value, repetitive work, but they cannot see it clearly. Activity data is scattered across apps, time tracking is manual and inaccurate, and cost efficiency efforts rely on interviews and one time snapshots that miss how work changes week to week. The result is limited accountability, slow improvement cycles, and administrative spend that is hard to reduce without hurting performance.
Opportunity
AVA captures work signals from the desktop in a privacy aware way, classifies tasks and context (what, for whom, and why), and builds a continuously updated activity and process database. It then translates time into dollars using role based cost rates, identifies waste patterns (rework, duplicative reporting, meeting overload, handoff delays), and recommends targeted fixes such as automation, workflow redesign, and decision rights changes, with impact tracking over time.
