Through 25+ structured product–market research interviews with clinicians and administrators, we’ve repeatedly heard the same story: clinicians pay with late-night charting, rising error risk and burnout; patients pay with delayed diagnoses, inconsistent treatment and avoidable out-of-pocket costs.
