By building an Instacart-like network for retail goods, we can seamlessly integrate return pickups into local delivery routes. This eliminates the hassle of returns for consumers, reduces shipping and label costs for businesses that would otherwise absorb the losses, and benefits the environment by cutting down on excess packaging and consolidating deliveries at a more local scale.
