Dreamers AI

Transforming the Judiciary System in Brazil

Idea in Artificial Intelligence

Introduction

We are building the first AI-powered platform designed specifically to bring litigation predictability to the Brazilian legal market. By analyzing millions of judged cases across all courts and instances, our platform reveals how similar cases behaved, what patterns emerged, how judges decided, how long each phase took, and which variables influenced outcomes. We turn the largest legal database in the country into clarity.

Our mission is to build the judicial intelligence layer Brazil has never had — one that empowers lawyers, firms, companies, and public institutions to make decisions with clarity, confidence, and precision.

We don´t want to build another productivity oriented AI agent (there has plenty of those already) - we want to create the "Waze of the Lawsuit" - bringing clarity of possible and probable means and outputs

By uncovering patterns in more than 600 million resolved cases, we transform uncertainty into strategy, opacity into transparency, and complexity into predictable outcomes.

Problem

Brazil has one of the largest and most complex judicial systems in the world — yet one of the least predictable. More than 600 million cases have been resolved since 2004, but lawyers, companies, and citizens still cannot answer basic questions: How long will this case take? What are the real chances of success? How should this matter be priced?

The data exists, but the system cannot learn from itself.

This unpredictability affects everyone.

Lawyers operate in the dark — estimating timelines, risks, and fees without reliable benchmarks. This leads to mispriced cases, overworked teams, unhappy clients, and strategy built on intuition rather than evidence.

Judges face overwhelming caseloads with no systemic visibility. Inconsistent decisions trigger more appeals, fueling a cycle of congestion that no individual judge can break.

Companies and in-house teams cannot model exposure or plan cash flow, negotiations, or reserves. Litigation becomes a strategic blind spot with direct financial impact.

Citizens wait years for decisions, losing trust in institutions while predatory litigation exploits the system’s inefficiencies.

Taxpayers fund a multibillion-real judicial structure that processes millions of cases but produces almost no insight to improve itself.

In short: Brazil’s justice system is enormous, complex, and structurally blind. It generates massive volumes of decisions — but almost zero predictability. And a system this large and opaque affects everyone who depends on it.

This is the problem Dreamers AI was built to solve.

Opportunity

1. Similar Case Mining & Judicial Pattern Discovery

Dreamers AI automatically identifies the most similar judged cases in Brazil’s judicial history — across jurisdictions, courts, judges, topics, and procedural paths. From this universe of resolved cases, we uncover:

- precedent and jurisprudence patterns throughout different cases

- judge and court-specific tendencies

- behavior of similar litigants

- decision flows across procedural stages

- indicators of predatory litigation or strategic delays

- influential factors behind outcomes

This is the first system capable of showing not what the law says, but how the system actually behaves.

2. Time & Outcome Prediction

Using structured historical data, our models generate probability-base forecasts for:

- case duration (macro and micro timelines)

- probability of success at each stage

- procedural paths and bottlenecks

- likelihood of appeals and delays

This is the AI engine for litigation predictability — similar to having a “Waze for litigation,” capable of predicting the journey of a case before it even begins.

3. Intelligent Legal Pricing

Predictability unlocks a new frontier: pricing legal work with accuracy.

From the case description provided by the lawyer, Dreamers AI returns:

- risk-adjusted fee recommendations

- benchmarks based on similar resolved cases

- workload and effort estimations

- transparent pricing for clients

- optimized pricing for contingent or success-fee models

- profitability guidance for law firms

Legal pricing stops being guesswork and becomes data-driven strategy.
