Climate change is rampant, and real estate is 40% of emissions. Building operations make up 70% of those emissions. Building operations are widely inefficient. 

Google has shown that by applying deep learning to building energy management, they were able to decrease cost and emissions 30-40%. Yet this sort of methodology has not been applied in a widespread manner. We are building a smart building agent that takes in information, processes it through a neural network, provides the optimal solution (e.g. mix and timing of energy use), and sends signals to devices. This solution can be applied to homes, corporations, industrial buildings and data centers. It can increase energy efficiency, while decreasing emissions and cost.
