Introduction

Energy for Good is an impact-focused, globally scalable energy software venture, enabling affordability and energy security in developing countries, starting with the Caribbean. Our first product, UniEn (Unified Energy), consolidates the 10+ siloed systems hotel operators juggle today into one AI-powered dashboard OS, turning fragmented data into measurable cost savings and ESG outcomes. Hotels are our beachhead because energy is their #1 operating expense. The vision is an energy operating system for every emerging market where affordability and reliability decide who gets to grow.

Problem

Energy is the structural bottleneck of every emerging economy. In the Caribbean, electricity reaches $0.40 per kWh, more than twice the US rate, while operators sit on top of 10+ disconnected platforms (BMS, generators, solar inverters, batteries, utility portals, sub-meters) with no unified view. Hotels, the region's largest non-residential consumers, lose efficiency and time stitching reports together just to see what's happening.

Opportunity

UniEn unifies every energy data source (BMS, solar, batteries, generators, sub-meters, utility) into one AI-powered dashboard with predictive alerts and an automated executive brief. Hotel owners and engineering teams finally see kWh saved, dollars per occupied room, and ESG progress on one screen, while UniEn quietly builds the data layer that will power closed-loop control, demand response, and renewable optimization. SaaS at $30 to $60 per room per month, live in 6 to 8 weeks, no hardware purchase required. The long-term vision: an energy intelligence layer for every developing economy.
