Leveraging an apprenticeship model with virtual synchronous instruction paired with in-person classroom practice, we achieve faster time-to-competency and more efficient preparation than traditional programs.

(1) Learning enhancement – An AI-powered learning journey that supports future teachers during coursework and classroom application (including AI Coaches that listen, guide reflection, and facilitate timely feedback), creating adaptive learning paths, real-time progress tracking, improved student outcomes, and scalable impact. Educational technology, and specially AIcapabilities are also absent from current general educational degrees, and are only offered for STEM teachers programs.
