Shaping the future of how organizations access knowledge
Have you ever spent hours sifting through endless pages of documentation or searching for the latest research or presentation, only to come up empty-handed? We’ve built Latent Lab to enable individuals, teams and organizations to search, synthesize and explore organizational knowledge and make informed decisions. Our platform enables easy domain knowledge integration, immersive visualization, and semantic search of the company's knowledge base, reducing duplications of effort, exposing organizational risks, and identifying innovation opportunities.
At large enterprises, keeping track of knowledge becomes increasingly challenging. According to McKinsey, employees spend 1.8 hours every day — 9.3 hours per week, on average — searching for and gathering information. Engineers spend too much time sifting through documentation; account managers can’t find the latest research or presentation; new employees take too long to ramp. This in turn leads to wasted time trying to find the right information, duplication of effort, reproducing work that is available yet undiscoverable, and oversight of collaboration and innovation opportunities. The problem is that organizations struggle to extract relevant insights when they search for answers in text data, mainly because the search tools are not capable of effectively and efficiently processing unstructured data. Employees, teams and organizations are unable to “see” and search their organization in an exploratory way.
Our LLM powered search platform is designed to help people, teams and organizations get the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world. Our goal is simple: we want them to spend less time gathering information and more time synthesizing it to make informed decisions. We are building a proprietary platform that get users the information they need, when they need it and deliver it through a fast, immersive enterprise search experience. Our platform has three key offerings:
First, we provide an easy integration with any unstructured knowledge base of the organization such as patents, research papers, sales or marketing data.
Secondly, traditional search engines rely on keyword-based search algorithms, which are limited in their ability to interpret human language. We, on the other hand, empower users to do cognitive searches using our LLM technology that understands company’s information. Our unique knowledge graph understands organizational content and its interactions with people.
Lastly, we offer an immersive interface to synthesize search results and visualize different connections between projects across time and semantic space. This enables them to make informed decisions with ease.
At Latent Lab, we're reimagining the enterprise search experience.
