Problem
In the fertility patient experience, 90% of women report dissatisfaction (stress, disempowerment, and decision fatigue are cited as the biggest factors), 30% churn after each cycle because of the lack of support, and only 15% actually achieve their desired reproductive outcomes.
Opportunity
Loamy is an AI/ML-powered platform marketplace for women's fertility out of the MIT Media Lab. Our platform comprises four components: decision support, education, community, and a marketplace. Supporting women for free at the decision stage allows us to navigate them through paid services throughout the rest of the journey. Women input their baseline health information via a gamified quiz, we match them to ten similar women based on our database of over 1M real world outcomes so they can see what worked for "women like me", offer personalized, evidence-based education and insights, navigate them into opt-in community groups, and nudge them goods and services that will help them achieve their personal reproductive goals where we take a cut of every transaction.
