Marveri

Marveri is a legal tech startup that develops LLM-based systems to make lawyers not just faster, but better. They are a group of four co-founders, including two MIT PhDs in AI, a former big law M&A attorney, and a Harvard MBA. Two of the co-founders are successful second-time founders. They've developed an AI system at MIT that can understand transactions with thousands of inter-related legal diligence documents to spot risks and streamline paths to mitigate. Their platform already outperformed experienced Big Law lawyers in head-to-head tests in finding issues in due diligence. It can be used by lawyers in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and M&A law firms.
