Problem

SMBs are operating at limited bandwidth and often have to make trade-offs between getting the best price and time a task takes.

One example is a used sporting goods store that buys and sells gently used sporting equipment. When people bring in used equipment to sell to the store, a worker must go through each item manually inspecting its quality and search on the web to estimate a reasonable price to offer to the motivated seller. Then at a later time, they will have to inventory this item and determine a sales price for it.

Another example could be a SMB that is searching for vendors goods or services. They may not be an expert in the area and search for a premium full-service vendors and may not understand how much the inputs cost. Over time these higher costs threaten the long-term health of the business.
