People don't fully use their wardrobes, cannot efficiently see if the new clothes they want to buy would properly match the rest of their wardrobe, and have issues finding sustainably made clothes from small manufacturers.

People upload pictures of their clothes and based on that, new outfit combinations are suggested. If the person decides to purchase a new article of clothing, based on their wardrobe and the styles of people they follow, the app would recommend specific clothes that fit their current wardrobe and tastes and would be sourced from small sustainable companies.
