Realti

Simple. Easy. Transparent

Idea in Real Estate

Introduction

Realti is a centralized broker platform that intertwines frontend simplicity with backend functionality. Born out of the frutrations of lack of technology, or disparate use cases; Realti's goal is to build a one-stop-shop platform to handle all needs for all parties in a centralized location.

Problem

Transparency is lacking in many real estate transactions, with three main inefficiencies standing out: communication and scheduling, monetary transfers, and document sharing and version control. Existing technologies often fall short, being disparate and lacking in data flows, thus failing to create a seamless transaction experience. Realti aims to optimize the real estate transaction process by prioritizing simplicity, ease, and transparency for all parties involved.

Opportunity

The previous paragraph addressed three primary challenges in real estate transactions: scheduling, financial transactions, and document management. In every instance, Realti's approach to resolving these issues doesn't necessarily involve creating new products or features from scratch. Instead, we leverage existing systems and streamline processes to benefit all parties involved in each transaction.

In terms of transparency in scheduling, there is usually little to none. The average transaction solely relies on 4 parties (sellers, buyers, buyers agent, sellers agent) agreeing and adhearing to a time. By implementing a centralized platform that displays availability for tours, inspections, and visits, all parties can stay informed of schedule changes in real-time, fostering smoother communication and coordination.

Monetary transactions in real estate often lack transparency, with traditional methods like check pictures or ACH transfers lacking visibility. Realti addresses this by offering an escrow system that tracks financial flows from offer to closing, providing a secure and transparent solution for all parties involved.

Document sharing in real estate transactions can be cumbersome and prone to errors. Although systems exists (again, not trying to remake systems, but remake them for real estate), the way the signed documents are handled is usually haphazard. Realti improves this process by providing a centralized document management system with version control and access portals for various users, such as lawyers, title companies, and home inspectors, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the transaction.

Realti recognizes the need for fundamental change in the real estate transaction process and is committed to simplifying, streamlining, and increasing transparency for all parties involved in every home sale.
