Introduction
An individual's complete prior medical history is intended to be collected, stored, analyzed, and visualized using the Smart Health Gantt Chart (SHGC), an uniform framework for visualizing health data. It would enable patients and doctors to treat patients effectively while saving money and time.
The three primary goals of the SHGC we are creating are
(1) A quick and precise view of lifelong past medical history;
(2) collection of medical history;
and
(3) visualization specific to a particular field of medicine.
Problem
The world currently faces the following serious health issues due to the lack of medical information.'
1. Human Resource for Health (HRH) Shortage: Globally 7.2M health work force shortage.
2. Inadequate time for the doctor's consultation: Doctors are under a great deal of stress during patient consultations.
3. Little use of the standard healthcare system: Standards (HL7-FHIR, OpenEHR) exist but they are not frequently used.
4. Problems with medical errors: >250,000 persons each year in the US pass away as a result of medical errors.
and
5. Extreme healthcare expense issues: Over 100M people are pushed into extreme poverty due to health expenses.
Opportunity
Our SHGC can contribute to solving the above issues. It can help to save dr time to address the HRS shortage and save dr time by storing and visualizing life-long medical history. It is following health data standards for interoperability. By managing regular health history in the cloud it can help to save money from the repetitive test. Proper health history management will also help to the doctor to avoid medical errors.
1. Collection; Medical History- from Paper Base Documents, Digital documents, and patient's memory.
2. Integration; Conversion, Standardization (FHIR, OpenEHR, DICOM, ICD-11), Formating and Editing, Analysis, and Prediction.

3. Visualizations; Entire health history in one chart for Saves doctor's time, Increaselccuracy of doctor's decision, and Saves patient's hassle.
