Allows users to self-monitor their attention levels and emotional level to increase concentration at the workplace and select optimal decision-making times based on their daily focus and energy patterns.

The problem revolves around the modern challenges of maintaining productivity and work-life-balance in high-performance workplaces. With distractions, stress, and emotional fluctuations common in daily routines, individuals struggle to focus and manage time efficiently. These issues reduce workplace productivity and affect personal well-being, causing a need for real-time, personalized feedback to help individuals improve their focus.
