Is an employment marketplace focussed on seasonal and adventure / skill realted jobs. Think scuba diving, sailing, skiing & snowboarding, hiking guides, surf instructors, etc. This market place will connect individuals with related skills and qualifications to new opportunities all over the world.
Problem
There is currently no centralized place to connect companies with skilled seasonal job positions and individuals looking for work with those qualifications. We are solving it for these companies (dive shops, yacht clubs, ski resorts, etc) as well as for the individuals with these skills/qualifications that are looking for these positions.
Opportunity
A two way marketplace to connect companies to individuals with the proper experience/qualifications. Companies can create job postings and individuals can create profiles with resumes, experience, and references. Individuals can search for openings and companies can search for workers. This also creates a network where individuals can refer friends with similar qualifications to previous employers or employers can refer past employees to new opportunities.
