About the Role

Software Engineer / Co-Founder for Real Comp AI We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Software Engineer to join Real Comp AI as a Co-Founder. You will take charge of designing, developing, and scaling the platform from the ground up. You will work closely with the founder to bring advanced data analytics, machine learning models, and user-centric features to life, driving value for our users in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities - Architect and Develop: Build and maintain the platform’s core infrastructure and frontend/backend components to create a scalable, secure, and efficient real estate analytics solution. - Implement Machine Learning: Design and deploy machine learning algorithms to automate and enhance lease and property data analysis, providing users with actionable insights. Who You Are - Full-Stack Developer with a passion for data-driven solutions and experience in designing scalable applications. - Experienced in Machine Learning: You have a strong understanding of data science and machine learning algorithms, particularly in NLP and predictive analytics, with experience deploying models. Requirements - Experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of data pipelines, databases (SQL), and data processing. - Background in machine learning (NLP, regression models) and experience deploying models to production.
