About the Role

You are a visionary senior/mid-level software engineer with experience in Fintech, full stack web/app development, ++ a very good understanding of the payments space (API development and blockchain experience is a huge plus), and a passion to play a pivotal founding role at a mission-driven startup. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to greenfield our platform development on day one. Ideal candidate has experience on building and/or working on payment platform with secure forms and blockchain foundation. This is the perfect role for a mid-career software engineer who’s ready to take on the challenge of joining a startup team and unlock a massive digital payment opportunity in our markets. What You Bring to the Table: ● 5+ years of expertise developing secure, full stack Web/App applications in B2B, B2B2C, payments, and fintech ● 3+ years of experience building foundational blockchain applications ● 4+ year of experience building or integrating payment platforms and APIs (think: Stripe, QBO, Splitwise, etc.) ● Frontend experience: Strong in UI/UX implementation + Java script – react native ● Strong Backend experience: Production-level experience building, deploying, and iterating on secure web or mobile platforms (node JS, Python, Java) ● Cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure or Digital Ocean) ● Experience with messaging APIs and integrations ● Well versed in payment, acquiring, e-commerce, fraud & credit risk, compliance in order to support Business development team, product team, marketing team, regulatory/legal team
