About the Role

Chemical Engineer: Process Development: Design and optimize chemical processes for the breakdown and repurposing of tire materials. Material Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on tire materials to determine the best chemical treatments and recycling methods. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the consistency and safety of recycled products. Environmental Compliance: Ensure all chemical processes comply with environmental regulations and sustainability standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the mechanical engineering team to integrate chemical and mechanical processes effectively. Innovation: Explore and develop new chemical treatments and recycling techniques to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on chemical processes, including safety protocols and operational guidelines. Mechanical Engineer: Design and Development: Create and improve machinery and equipment for tire recycling, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards. Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance mechanical processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Oversee the maintenance of recycling equipment, diagnose mechanical issues, and implement solutions. Prototyping: Develop prototypes for new machinery and conduct testing to ensure functionality and performance.
